egoscuecises ("e-cises") designed specifically for each client. This
process strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper
alignment and functioning the way it was designed—pain free.

We provide a year round indoor Market Hall for local businesses. It's a co-operative retail outlet!

We have 14 retail spaces that are rented out on a monthly basis for $350-450 a month.
Please contact us if you would like to rent a space to sell your product.
Each week in the center of the Market Hall we have space for 4-8 local businesses to rent spaces for $50-150 a week.
We are Open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00- 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am- 6:00pm
Every Thursday we will feature a Farmers Exchange starting in the spring! Anyone who has excess produce can come and trade with other local Farmers!
