Responsible Communities is a farm partnership with Calcium Springs farm that grows natural and organic food at several locations in the Park City area. Responsible Communities offers a grower-to-consumer relationship where both parties understand and accept the inherent risks associated with growing food. Responsible Communities is committed to using the “best sustainable farming practices” possible. Each farm will be planted with crops specific for that location and consumers will make donations to the farm in exchange for produce.

We are a 3rd generation family operated cattle ranch near Altamont, Utah. We offer top quality Natural Grass Fed Beef that has never been fed or given antibiotics or growth promotants and has minimal processing with no additives. All our beef is born and raised on our ranch.
Our beef may be purchased by the individual cut, 10 pound sampler package, 20 pound montlhy freezer package, 32 pound economy package or by a half or whole. For over a hundred years, domestic lambs have grazed the mountains and valleys of Utah . The Gillmor family has been in the sheep business for over three generations. Many of the traditional ways of raising sheep have not changed over this time. Fresh air, clean water, and wholesome forage make the best lamb. Utah terrain grows some of the best tasting lamb in the world, but most of the lamb raised in Utah leaves the state, going to markets on the east and west coasts. In 2001, Jamie and Linda Gillmor, owners of Morgan Valley Lamb began marketing their naturally raised lambs to local high end restaurants and quality supermarkets in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.
